If you wish to dwell deeper in meditative practices and intuitive ways of being. I will do a workshop focusing on the ancient practice of spontaneous movement. A qi gong practice so beautiful in its playful spirit of feeling and sensing the energetic body.
This is something that changed my perception of what it means to exist in the world. Changing the perception from always being in intentional thinking, towards being more attentive and finding flow in my life.
It's a practice where you learn to follow the movement and energy of your body, going beyond form and esthetics.
If you wish to know more, don't hesitate to reach out..

It's getting closer.
Inner and outer nature
27th August
With me & Stephan Laur
Connecting to nature is something we should do regularly.
Sadly most of us don't. Or when we do, it's a rushed walk through the forest to count steps and get our fitness going.
It's all valid to do what we can to feed our lives and busy schedules.
I think everyone can agree that slowing down sometimes is crucial, although it doesn't always seem to come naturally.
In one way I believe it's good for everyone to have some kind of regular practice. That's what this day is for. To give tools.
We give you space and time for yourself to feel into your intuitive needs and approach to connect to youraelf, but also powerful tools from the ancient practices of inner Qi Gong.

We walk, breathe, sit and rest. Find our place. Explore intuitive ways of being one with nature.
In this workshops we search for inner wisdom in a place where ancestral life wispers in its soil.
What speaks to me the most about sharing this workshop, is that being in this valley simply has a way of waking up our ancestral wisdom.
We live in a time where i think it's very important to connect to nature. Inside and outside. I'm sure you can relate to the value of being in nature.
In this workshop we explore ways of going into the forest and caves with higher awareness of our senses and natural healing.
How?
Qi Gong is one of those practices, philosophies or approaches to connect to ourselves, where nature is the main focus. Realising that we are nature, we merge with our environment sensing the life force that lives in all of us.
We use these ancient practices as tools to support our own intuition.
How will you spend time to empower and live in your energetic system?
Why?
I think in our ancestral pasts when people lived more in nature, this was a natural thing to do. In our society today, our connection to nature gets more and more lost.
My belief is that there's a lot of potential to get closer to ourselves, if we spend more time in silence. Deeply rooted with our feet in the ground, we tune into subconscious wisdoms perhaps that already in us.
My question is, how do we embrace where we are now, yet learn from our past? Also, What can nature teach us of how to be with ourselves and in this world?
Do you resonate?

I was reflecting a lot lately regarding my wishes and dreams in this life. What do I contribute with? This question seems to come back to me a lot. Can't seem to say why it feels so important, but deep inside it always does.
And then I question. Why should I even care. What can little me do in this world that will give me a sense of fulfillment.
Although I've done immense years of spiritual practices, meditation, movement practices, there's still a longing. Sometimes my restless self seems to judge the fact that life has many stages. We are all on the path we walk.
I've had a lot of focus on physical and mental health the last few years, but somehow had some of the hardest years of my life. I wanted to feel good so bad, that I'd maybe struggle even more with the challenging moments.
I wanted to share the beauty of Qi Gong practices so bad, that it felt like I was pushing people away.
What I realised is perhaps this, that when people sense my desperation to share knowledge, they repell. Or perhaps also, when they sense my shy ways of not trying to convince anyone
I tried to hard. And keep seeing fall-backs.
My life happens smoother when I let go and learn to receive life. This is not everyone's way, but somehow it seems to be the only way that works for me. At least now.
I don't know what to work with primarily in my life.
Dance, Music, bodywork, theatre, healing, qigong...
One thing I do know, is that nature is important to me. I believe it is for all of us. To connect back to some ancient memory of who we were in this world. That's my passion. Ancestral memory. Sensing the importance of our environment. Within and outside ourselves..
When I step in to the ancient spaces of where humans once lived, I enter a deep sense of peace and serenity within. I merge with the nature..
This experience I know, I wish to share with others. Being one with nature.
Next workshop will be in Kaltbrunnental 27th August.
Together with Stephan Laur
If you're interested! I'll be there ❤️💛🙏
