Siesta at Gemsbergbrunnen. Norwegian designer and architect Ingmar Relling designed the Siesta armchairs in 1965. Relling succeeded in realising the human in simplicity. Not spectacularly, but always with the requirement of discipline and accuracy with the philosophy that his creations enable people to benefit greatly in their daily lives.

The Haussmann Chair. A great example of Swiss Mid Century furniture design. The Haussmann couple made a rounded chesterfield variation on licht steel legs. Keeping the comfort and the details in the leather upholstered seating, but yet creating a much lighter piece of furniture. Stands perfectly together with Arne Vodders tallboy and Niels Rasmussen Thykiers iconic 1940-ies table lamp “Kongelys”. If still looking for some new interior pieces before Christmas, a high quality vintage piece is the answer. The quality and craftsmanship to a good price and as a bonus the patina and surfaces that takes a long time to acquire is already there.
