From the heart of Chambolle-Musigny, the Bourgogne Côte d’Or 2021 by Domaine Amiot-Servelle is a perfect example of how “entry-level” Burgundy can seriously overdeliver.
With only around 6–8 hectares, many wines are made in extremely small quantities—sometimes just a couple of barrels—enhancing quality and exclusivity.
What makes this bottle special is its precision and elegance—it drinks closer to a village-level wine than a regional Bourgogne, with surprising depth and a long, perfumed finish.
A true insider’s Burgundy: understated, but seriously classy.

Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat is one of our favourites at ! Some interesting facts about this Domaine:
1. Hudelot-Noëllat is one of the very few domaines that own vineyards in both Richebourg and Romanée-Saint-Vivant, two of the most prestigious Grand Crus in Vosne-Romanée—alongside icons like Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Domaine Leroy.
2. In 2008, Alain Hudelot handed over the domaine to his grandson Charles van Canneyt, who modernized practices while keeping the traditional style.
3. The domaine follows a low-intervention approach—focusing on healthy vineyards, careful grape sorting, and gentle extraction.

Nicolas Faure has deservedly become one of Burgundy’s most treasured producers. From just over a hectare of vines, he produces wines of unmatched purity and feeling, transforming modest parcels into some of the most compelling expressions of Pinot Noir.
Faure possesses the rare gift of crafting reds and whites of equal quality, a talent shared by only the greatest winemakers.
Though the estate is young, Faure has never made trendy wines, nor has he ever aimed to impress the critics. His wines have an unmistakable signature and continue, year after year, to be the most exciting wines we taste.
Overall Nicolas Faure is a very special producer which we at are proud to represent.

Pinot Noir can exist in many forms and no better place to show that than two Grand Cru from Burgundy. Echezeaux - approx. 35 hectares, 80 owners and DRC producing around 12’000 bottles a year. Clos de Tart - ~7.5 ha monopole (meaning one owner) and the Domaine making 25’000 bottles a year. Stay tuned for this months releases 📸
