Position: Front Desk and Guest Relations Officer
📍 Location: Seminyak, Bali
📅 Full-Time position

We are looking for an intelligent young Indonesian to join our growing team!

🧾 Job Description:
- Meet and great guests during check-in and assist them however they need
- Handle guest communications (Airbnb, Booking,com, WhatsApp)
- Coordinate with staff to fulfill guest needs and address any issues
- Handle payments, receipts, petty cash and transfers
- Update our listings on various OTAs (Airbnb, Booking,com, Expedia) when necessary
- Communicate information clearly and professionally internally betwen the staff

✅ Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen, based in Bali
- Clear spoken & written English. Good grammar.
- Great attention to detail
- Can use Excel/Sheets
- Experienced with computers
- Charismatic, friendly and polite
- Experience with OTAs

💰 Salary & Work Time:
- Starting salary above UMK Badung
- After probation (3 months) includes service + benefits
- Morning, Day, and Afternoon shifts
- 6 days a week
