We are a small local business located in Winnipeg. I started growing microgreens and barley fodder in our bathroom and gradually perfected the art of growing microgreens and barley grass. From there I graduated to our porch and now we are in our own little commercial growing space! This allows us to grow tasty microgreens year round in controlled conditions.
