Happy 6th birthday to our Employee of the Year, Wilbur! 🎂

His official job is coming along for errands and liquor runs, and he’s never once missed a shift. Son of the GM Brittney and the FOH/BOH Swiss Army knife, Max.

We think he deserves a raise in treats this year. He doesn’t pour drinks but he lifts morale on every errand run.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to lead the kitchen of our intimate 60-seat restaurant. Our culinary identity is rooted in thoughtful technique, creative expression, and a deep respect for the local food systems that nourish us.

What We’re Looking For:
7–10+ years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head chef role

A strong foundation in French cuisine and technique

A creative and adaptable approach to seasonal cooking and ever-evolving menu development

A thoughtful and organized leader who values collaboration, calm under pressure, and kitchen culture

Deep respect for local sourcing and a strong working knowledge of Manitoba’s small-scale farms and producers (or a willingness to learn quickly)

Experience with cost control, inventory, prep systems, and staff development

Must be available evenings and weekends
