National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is dedicated to honouring residential school Survivors, paying tribute to the children who were lost, and creating a space for reconciliation and healing. I wear orange to honour and show my solidarity with Indigenous communities.

With my busy life I can fall out of practice. Being here, Mother Nature reminds me to be grateful, to ground myself, and to reach out to the energy that surrounds us all - world to world to world.
