Yesterday, I had the pleasure of watching the semifinals of the UEFA Women's Cup, between Spain and Germany.

I must admit that I was cheering for my home team, Spain 💖

But this post is not about who won, it's about what I watched on the screen.

These women, united by a common goal, demonstrated unwavering determination. They took a leap of faith, with nothing to lose and everything to gain. Both teams fought relentlessly, refusing to give up.

At the end of ninety minutes of play, you could see how exhausted they all were and the score, well, still Zip.

And yet, they picked themselves up for another 30 minutes of play. In the 113th minute, Spain finally scored, and Germany gave it their all for the next few minutes to even the score.

Both teams proved why they had earned their place in the finals.

In business, some obstacles may hinder your growth at a given time. They may create hurdles to find that winning moment.

Because both teams faced their challenges, they understood what they needed to do to continue regardless of how tired they were.

A business that appears solid and has a stable foundation is no longer enough to succeed in today's market.

You will need:

🤝 Team unity: because every win is a collective effort.
