Collaborative Health Clinic
A multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, aimed at closing the gap in comprehensive care
If you have ever felt anxious, overwhelmed, discouraged, or defeated when it comes to fertility, this workshop was designed for you 💯
We have seen first hand the invisible but enormous weight that falls on women when it comes to fertility. The sense of pressure and responsibility, the constant questioning and second-guessing, and the feeling that so much rests on your body can be deeply overwhelming. With so much information coming from every direction, many women are left feeling even more confused about what actually matters, what they should focus on, and how to support their body in a way that feels realistic and effective ✔️
This 3-hour workshop is designed to provide you with a strong foundation of knowledge about your body, your cycle, and the many factors that can influence fertility so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and direction 🧭
Inside the workshop, we will cover:
📍why fertility can feel harder today
📍the 3-month fertility window and why it matters
📍what you can control and how to make small changes matter
📍how your cycle really works
📍common fertility-impacting concerns
📍how food and nutrition can support hormone health and fertility
📍practical next steps to help you better support your body
Whether you are already trying to conceive or just beginning to think about trying, this workshop is designed to help you better understand the modern fertility landscape, learn what may influence fertility outcomes, and build a stronger foundation for conception with guidance from our fertility team- Dr. Annie Coughlin (Naturopathic Doctor) and Ms. Elisa Pitamber (Registered Dietitian) 📚
Join us on Tuesday July 14 from 6-9pm for this 3-hour educational workshop. Limited spots available. Register now using the link in our bio 🤍

Self-esteem is often not a reflection of our capabilities. You can be strong, smart, and successful and still not feel confident, secure, or sure of yourself 👀
Challenges with self-esteem impact us in many different areas of life. They show up at work, at home, in our relationships, and most importantly, in the way we think to ourselves. They can look like chronic self-doubt, overthinking, struggling to trust your decisions, comparing yourself to others, questioning your value, or feeling like confidence never fully lasts 💭
Self-esteem is something that develops (or erodes) over time. It can be influenced by earlier relationships, chronic stress or criticism, perfectionism, life experiences, and the messages we receive over time about who we should be, how we should look, and how much space we are allowed to take up 🤍
Therapy can help improve self-esteem by providing perspective, clarity, and compassion. We can identify what patterns are coming up for us, how our thoughts and behaviour contribute to our sense of self, and how to build a more stable sense of confidence that is not dependent on performance, reassurance, or external validation 💯

For many women, self-abandonment shows up in everyday life in ways that can be easy to miss 💭
Saying yes too quickly. Talking yourself out of your own needs. Overfunctioning in relationships. Feeling guilty for having boundaries. Making sure everyone else is okay. Always adapting. Always keeping the peace. Always putting yourself last 👀
These patterns are often normalized or even rewarded for women. Women are frequently expected to be flexible, emotionally attuned, accommodating, and low maintenance. Over time, this creates disconnection from your own needs, limited space for your own preferences, and loss of sense of self ⏰
Therapy can be helpful to identify and understand these patterns more clearly, including exploring where they came from, why they continue, and how to begin making space for yourself in helpful ways 🤍

Welcome to the team Bryan!
When stress and overwhelm becomes chronic, the nervous system starts to lose some of its flexibility. Things that once felt manageable may start to feel activating, exhausting, or difficult to recover from 👎🏻
You may notice yourself becoming more anxious, irritable, reactive, avoidant, numb, shut down, or less able to think clearly under pressure. You may also find yourself wondering why you feel so stuck when you are trying so hard to keep functioning 💭
The window of tolerance refers to the range of emotional and physiological arousal where we can function, think clearly, regulate, and cope effectively. Within that window, stress may still be present, but it is more manageable. Outside of it, the nervous system may shift into hyperarousal or hypoarousal🚨
Hyperarousal can look like anxiety, panic, irritability, racing thoughts, agitation, muscle tension, or feeling unable to settle, while Hypoarousal can look like numbness, fatigue, disconnection, shutdown, mental fog, or feeling as though you have gone flat 👀
Sometimes the most important shift is realizing that you are not failing to cope in the way you think you are. Your system may be telling you that it has been carrying too much for too long 🤍
Therapy is a great place to explore what patterns have been coming up for you, understanding why they may be present, and making a helpful and realistic plan for change 🪴
