Mother’s Day Weekend at the Roastery 🌷☕

We’re open this weekend at 877 Henderson Highway, and it’s the perfect stop for your favourite coffee and a little something beautiful for Mom.

We’re excited to have a Mother’s Day bouquet pop-up from with beautiful bouquets available for pickup while you’re in.

Today was one of those days where everything started to feel real.

- iPads installed. ( PDM solutions )
- Coffee brewers in. ( Delucas )
- Espresso machines installed. ( Delucas )
- Electrical complete. ( Aytech )
- Paint complete. ( Medditeranian Painting )

And finally… espresso dialed in and tasting exactly the way it should. ☕

You may think this happened over the course of a week… but this entire photo dump is from ONE day.

A massive amount of work behind the scenes, long hours, problem solving, moving equipment, fine tuning details, and bringing this space to life piece by piece.

And somehow… we’re still not done.

Tomorrow is another huge day with even more major pieces coming together. We are getting very, very close now.

Straight from the Barbosa family at Fazenda Esperança, this Red Catuai is something special.

Natural processed, sun-dried, and full of character…
and now it’s in our roaster, dialed in and brought to life right here.

There’s something different about coffees like this.

We’re working through profiles, watching every crack, every color change… chasing that perfect balance that lets this coffee speak for itself.
