To the women who show up here every day with their beautiful souls and big hearts. I am so proud of you. Watching each of you grow, support one another, and build your path in this world is something I’ll never take for granted.

This little space is better because of the incredible women in it.

Today I volunteered at North End Women’s Centre, providing free haircuts to the women they support.

No photos, just kindness, conversation, fresh starts, and a gentle reminder of what our hair can hold.

Sometimes a haircut isn’t about style. It’s about dignity.

I’m so grateful to use my hands for something bigger than me. And I’m deeply grateful for your support — because I truly couldn’t do days like today without you.
