Hip Thrusts.... Iv got a love hate relationship with these. But if your looking to grow your 🍑 this exercise is the key.

The hip thrust produces greater levels of metabolic stress on the glutes compared with the squat, which means you'll get a greater “pump” in the glutes while hip thrusting vs. a more overall lower body pump while squatting.

However If you’re not careful and go to heavy before you're strong enough to perform the movements with just your bodyweight, you'll end up using your lower back to move the weight, and that won't help you get a bigger butt at all.

Better then yesterday, Everyday! What are you working for this week or this month.
It’s great to set mini goals, they ramp up the motivation as each mini goal is complete. Then step by step your closer to your HUGE GOAL!!

Currently I’m around 7% BodyFat, my goal was to shred to around this % and then slowly begin to increase calories and try to add size & strength well remaining as lean as possible.

🔪Cutting Vs. 💪🏽bulking.

Left : 7 weeks out from my first Bodybuilding Competition. Weight : 175lbs.
Right : 5 months post show.
Weight : 198 lbs. (heaviest to date).

Even during the bulking phase I have always managed to stay relatively lean during the entire process.

No! It’s not some restricted diet or crazy “secret” workout, it’s simple. I stay on top of my macros & remain constant with my training.
