We live amongst despicable people. It didn't take an assassination for me to realize this but, wow, celebrating a husband and father's death because of his political leanings and usage of his freedom of speech. Mankind truly needs Jesus, more than ever before. Rest in peace Charlie and may God bless your family in these horrible times.

Nothing political today. Just some Zercher squats. If you want to really challenge yourself, not just mentally but physically, try these. Start out lighter than your back squats, use a pad even. I usually grab a jacket, Ala , truly the beast down under.
Zerchers are as close as I've come to feeling like I'm doing jujitsu. Massive pressure to keep your core tight, where breathing is difficult too, hence the lean at the end.
