After 8 long years riddled in corruption, pay-to-play schemes, scandals, RCMP criminal investigation, hiding cellphone records, privatizing healthcare, attacking workers, power grabs, cutting OSAP, legislating poverty, highest unemployment rates in the country, a $30M private jet, $200M to a parking garage, & & & … Doug Ford is delusional.

This horrific case is a stark reminder of the realities of sexual violence and of the devastating consequences when survivors are not taken seriously.
The women who came forward showed incredible courage. They deserved to be believed, protected, and supported from the very beginning.
We owe survivors more than outrage after the fact. We owe them a justice system that acts, institutions that listen, and a commitment to ending gender-based violence.
It’s almost time for my annual free community swims.
This year in July and August I’ll be hosting four free community swims throughout Windsor West.
Locations include Atkinson Pool, Mic Mac Pool, Booster Pool and Central Pool.
More details will be shared about specific dates and times for each location as we get closer to each swim date.
As always there will be swag for each attendee and free ice cream.
Please help spread the word.

A thoughtful card mailed to the constituency office reminded us of something important: our community is built on kindness, compassion, and people who look out for one another.

It was a pleasure to meet with Hami and Shane from Enterprise at my community office this week. We had an amazing opportunity to chat about struggles that businesses are facing across Ontario, and of all the amazing contributions they make to local communities across the province each and every day.

Workers, mostly women, in community and social services are currently on strike. Doug Ford has stolen their wages with Bill 124, and is refusing to pay them fairly. These agencies, who provide critical services to Ontario’s most vulnerable, are severely underfunded.
Doug Ford had NO problem purchasing a $30 million private luxury jet, and still continues to steal these workers wages. Make it make sense. Stop attacking workers, pay them fairly and fund public services NOW!
