To our valued customers and community, we would like to address the recent video circulating online regarding a parking dispute that occurred within our plaza.

Hanan's Bakery is a tenant plaza- we do not have ownership, management, or enforcement responsibilities regarding parking on the premises.

Most importantly, we were not involved in the incident depicted in the video.

The plaza owner retains sole authority over parking enforcement decisions, which are entirely separate from our business operations. We believe it is essential to clarify that directing anger and negative reviews towards our bakery, based on false accusations and attacks on our staff, is unwarranted and causes harm to our small, family-run business that had no involvement in the incident.

We empathize with individuals who may have been affected by the situation. However, we would like to reiterate that Hanan's Bakery has no role in parking enforcement decisions and does not condone the actions depicted.

The negative reviews directed at us are misplaced and hurtful to an innocent business. If you have concerns regarding our business, we invite you to engage in a direct conversation with us.

We believe that constructive dialogue is more productive than unfounded reviews.
