We are a boutique family bakery and we love to bake shortbread and other delectable treats. Like Grandma, but better. Let us bake for you. YUM!
We use organic and natural ingredients and make everything from scratch. Sable Shortbread makes gourmet shortbread cookies from scratch, by hand, in awesome flavours. Our flavour selection changes with the seasons. We use the finest natural, local and organic ingredients and our shortbread is free from all artificial additives.

These are the cherries that are going into your Christmas Fruitcake.
We make our own glacé cherries starting with fresh local cherries.
Nothing artificial here. And no green cherries — ever.

Organic ingredients. Fruit candied by us. Made the traditional way.
With this much work going into every cake, we can only make so many.
