Our fourth period class had a great time implementing the design process today.

The challenge: build a boat out of tin foil, tape and one sheet of paper... So build the boat out of it that can hold golf balls 💪

The most golf balls in one boat, they win the challenge!! The record was 45, very impressive!!

Senior projects are coming along nicely 😁 It's also cool that the Grade 11s get to see a glimpse of what they'll be doing next year!!

As always, it's all about accuracy and not speed at this critical stage of learning 🚨😊

Talk about magic!! These Grade 9s and 10s have been working so hard this semester, and it shows!!

Just think, they probably never thought in a million years they would be laying bricks, and here they are... And not just laying them, laying it with extreme accuracy!!

This week, Our grade 11 and 12 students implemented the design process!!

🚨 The challenge: build a paper table out of eight sheets of paper, three arm lengths of masking tape, a pair of scissors, and it must support the weight of at least one textbook.

They did a great job! The record for the day was 14 textbooks, unfortunately the table collapse before a picture could have been taken 🤦

You can't win them all I guess 😊 Well done Cards!!
