🪙 Private Lending Opportunity – Gold & Silver Pawn Loans

I’m currently looking to connect with a small number of private individuals who may be interested in participating in secured pawn loans backed by gold and silver through my pawn shop.

The idea is simple: certain pawn loans involving gold and silver items may be funded by private lenders, with the loan secured by the physical precious metals.

How It Works

When a customer brings in gold or silver as collateral, a loan is issued based on the value of the metal.

Private lenders may choose to participate by funding the loan amount. In return, the lender may receive a portion of the pawn interest collected during the term of the loan.

The loan continues until one of two things happens:

1️⃣ Loan Redemption
The customer repays the loan plus interest to reclaim their item.
At that time, the lender’s principal along with their agreed portion of the interest becomes available.

2️⃣ Loan Default
If the customer does not redeem the item within the agreed period, ownership of the collateral transfers to the pawn shop according to standard pawn lending practices.
At that point, the lender’s position is settled according to the original lending agreement.
