I met Kaitlyn about 10 years ago as a coworker, and somewhere along the way she became a friend. I’ve watched her navigate some tough seasons, and I’ve also had the privilege of watching her find the kind of love she deserves.

I’ll never forget the day flowers arrived at work from Elie. I answered the door, handed them to her, and when she told me they were “just friends,” I immediately called her out on it.

Fast forward to today, and here we are taking engagement photos at the very spot where Elie proposed.

Watching their story unfold has been such a joy, and I couldn’t be happier for these two.

One of my favourite parts of this job is getting to watch families grow year after year.

I’ve been photographing these two sisters and their brother since they were babies, and somehow every session feels like catching up with old friends. Watching their personalities grow, seeing how much they’ve changed (and how much they’ve stayed the same), is something I never take for granted.
