New roof...if house has a new roof it does not mean its right..

Think it leaks?

how could this possibly not leak into the home and cause a mess inside its just a matter of time.

a roofers way of saving a few bucks on a piece of flashing just use a shingle, homeowners dont usually go o a roof to inspect what work that was done and often cant see it from the ground.

you have to be careful with older homes that have had renos, many times the home electrical is grounded to the water pipes, renos sometimes change the plumbing to plastic piping like this and it ends up voiding the ground of the electrical panel of the home.

there was a foundation wall here at one time, they removed it to add a addition to home, see where the beam went over top of the wall, problem is this beam is no longer supported by anything other than a post about 10 feet back, any idea why the floors above are sloped about 2 inches.

nice foundation, there was a peice of panelling pulled in front of it thinking we would not move it to look....

amazing how much damage to structure one will do rather than move a pipe a few inches.

poor install of a fence gate....lets just leave it and distroy the siding also....
