Residence - Talbot South

The client wanted to add a small addition to their existing home while renovating the kitchen and living room. The addition allowed the client to change the existing living room space to a traditional dining room.

Residence - Mark Avenue

The client wanted to improve their curb appeal by refreshing the exterior materials and adding a front porch. A small addition gave the growing family more space with a functional foyer/ mud room.

The client wanted to see what their house would look like of they painted the existing brick white and added some black trim. Landscaping to be completed by Pride Lawn Landscaping.

890 Bartlet

The client received a drawing package from their builder but they were struggling to visualize the finished product of their new home. We took the drawing package, created a 3D model, and then produced several renderings. We modified the materials on each visual with swatches from real world products the client was selecting from. This allowed the client to review an accurate representation of their material selections.

25 Unity Crescent

The client was unsure of what brick to choose when finalizing the facade of their dream home. We took the drawings the architect provided and created a 3D model. From there, we created realistic renderings for the client to review before making their final decision.

10488 St. Clair Road

The client want to turn their detached garage at their Lake St. Clair cottage into an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU). We worked with them on the design and showed them realistic visuals of a potential finish product. From their we finalized the designs and completed construction documents that will be submitted for permit.
