This movement helps improve mobility through the mid-back while opening the chest and encouraging rotation through the thoracic spine — an area that often gets tight from sitting, driving, desk work, and stress.
Keep a wide stable stance, move slowly, and breathe through the stretch. You should feel a gentle opening through the upper back and ribs, not pain.
Small mobility work done consistently can make a big difference.
