A journey that came along with significant personal inner struggles has concluded with another great finish! I am very grateful to have been a part of another fantastic Canadian National Championship Event.

Thanks Rudy and Ron for all of your efforts to provide a world class stage and atmosphere for Canadian athletes to demonstrate all of our hardwork.

A big shout out to Pam and her team at Absolute Touch for providing first class tanning..hair..and makeup services. You make the experience so much more enjoyable with both your comittment to perfection as well as your passion and understanding. These events just wouldnt be the same without you all.

Finally..congratulations to all of the winners and new IFFBB pro card winners..and to each and every single athlete who stepped up on that stage. And to all of our families...thank you for your patience and understanding and for standing by us in good times and in bad..through all of the hardships and sacrifices. Your support is often understated but you too are a part of the journey and are so greatly appreciated.

As Ron pointed out...we are all winners. It has been a true blessing to be a part of such a wonderful and tight knit family of warm and generous people.
