Our select cuts of steak are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days in our controlled cabinet from Italy. We also offer organic meats from South Fifty Farms in Cobourg and select cuts of steak on request. We have many fine cheeses from around the world which include Appletree Smoked Cheddar-
