So this is weird. Meeting three sets of new Clients in the last ten days. Each set of new Clients asked me a question I hadnt heard in ten + years. " How long have you been in Real Estate?". I like to have fun with this, I say " I started in August...long dramatic pause 1980" Then watch them do the math. I haven't been asked that question in a long time..why three times in ten days? Weird huh?

So REAl Real Estate Corporate just acquired RE/MAX corporate. It really doesn't affect me personally because commercial and residential are different worlds. What does affect me is referrals I get from in house agents that don't want to get involved in commercial/industrial Real Estate. What I like about this fit is the underlying spirit of it. RE/MAX Is the original disrupter/innovator. REAL is the new innovator/disrupter. Two top shelf, Free Market organisations made to order for top producers. They got this right, I like it.
