We played soccer at recess.
We played soccer at lunch.
I have been in a girls league since age 9.
I played OWSL with the best group of girls in Ontario.
We went to the 2003 Women's World Cup in Ohio (the OWSL gals).
Excited for the first "Men's" World Cup here in Canada (because the women already hosted in 2015). Someone should tell the broadcasters that stat because they seem to have forgotten it.

Having some fun with the pixel stretch trend which is way more effective with bright singlets and shoes. I am planning to try more of this over the track season this year.

For this sneak peek I focused on emotion - I worked between the races to see what new images I could capture. At meets there is joy, exhaustion, bravado and so much more than just what happens on the track. Enjoy.

Watching the opening concert - how cute is it that they think I can hear the hosts or that I know who the artists are by in large. I am here for The Beaches and Bryan Adams because while I might be a senior I am an indie rock and a original rock fan. 📸🇨🇦

Meet: 1500 Metre Night

Graduate files are delivered and I am stopping for a quick creative first try on the new "pixel stretch" trend. It was 9 by the time his heat ran and so the colours are muted and I think with daytime this would be a brighter impact, but I still think it tracks (sorry couldn't resist the pun). Expect to see more of this trend all summer long from me as I like this pixel stretch trend.

Shown is our guy Oz running the 16th heat which he won with a PB of 3:50:83 and he will be pushing to drop that over the summer. Given how competitive his folks are we love seeing him set goals on the track and then work to achieve them.

One tiny sneak peek of a "Baby Dragon" which is what I call all Durham Dragons Athletics athletes now that our "baby" is a 21 year old man. It was a night of PBs for many and when you drop a personal best we call that a success. More to come after some work is out the door first.
