Hello Everyone

I hope everyone's July has been safe and most importantly fun.

As one parent to the next, I know all to well that Summer means juggling kids everyday and managing expenses.

Kids and entertainment are expensive.
Sports, next level financial commitment
Food costs just keep rising and don't even get me started on the travel.

As we move into August and prepare for Sept and back to school, I have one question.
Are your teenagers more prepared?
Are your kids on screens less?
Are you preparing them for a more tech enabled future?

We have spent the last 9yrs in this business and had the opportunity to use tech that most only see in the movies.
We use Ai products in ways most can not understand.
We have studied the mind and body through movement/experience and tens of thousands of visitors.

Now, we are taking everything we learned and deploying it back into the community.

Through XRFIT inside La Fitness, online through Codified Connection and supported by Metahus Inc. Technologies we are launching a new program and we want parents and families everywhere to take advantage.
