Finished the skimmer install, coping install, new wall fittings and new lines run for skimmer and returns on this 16x32 rectangle.

Once the concrete is poured We will be reinstalling the old liner as it is only 3 years old and installing a new 24 inch sand filter.

Haven't been posting on social media as much. Here is a black liner we installed today! Going to replace the PVC corners and strips that hide the screws on this 6" patio coping.

New floor almost complete. This mixture of vermiculite and portland cement is called a soft bottom. Next is rust repair and prep for the new liner. The rain can only hold us back for so long

This mini renovation is getting new coping, liner and a skimmer replacement. Sidemount coping is a great solution to tracks that are failing.
