📊Durham Region’s May housing stats show continued momentum in the spring market. A total of 770 homes sold, up 12.2% from April, while average prices inched up slightly to $851,373. New listings also increased to 1,982, giving buyers more selection across the region.

Overall, the market remained active with homes spending an average of 24 days on market. Increased inventory and steady demand are creating more balanced conditions as we move into summer.
