Travellers from these countries who have either held a Canadian visa in the last 10 years or who currently hold a valid United States non-immigrant visa can now apply for an eTA instead of a visa when travelling to Canada by air. Effective today, eligible travellers from these countries can benefit from the program:

Morocco
Panama
Philippines
St. Kitts and Nevis

St. Vincent and the Grenadines

March 23, 2023: Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued invitations to apply (ITAs) to 7,000 candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). The minimum CRS score required for this all-program draw was 484. This is the lowest cut-off score for all-program draw since December 23, 2020.
