Another theme that keeps coming up in readings lately is MANIFESTATION ✨

And it’s a great time to do some of this work

So how do you do it????

1) Set an intention for your life - be specific. Don’t think small and don’t worry about the “how”.
2) Believe it’s on the way to you. Feel the energy of achieving it. Visualize it happening
3) Put in the required effort. Get the ball rolling. Open the doorway to receive it

Intention + Effort = Magic ✨✨✨

Shadow Work has been coming up a lot during readings lately.

If you have some past pain or trauma that needs to be healed, this is a simple but powerful exercise to use.

Use a journalling prompt (like this one) and write all your feelings down. Keep writing until you have nothing left to say.

Let the pain come up. Feel it and then allow it to release from your body 💕
