Factors Affecting Real Estate Market Conditions!

As the sale to list ratio decreases month or month (indicating more inventory on market recently than homes selling compared to prior months) we are seeing more homes being sold with conditions and under asking. Barring any major changes with interest rates or policy changes with the govnement stepping in - real estate should be on an upward trend (based on all of the factors mentioned above).
