the messages after saying how incredible that was,
the models saying they’ve never felt so comfortable,
and what happens after the files are delivered…

A few weeks after this shoot, Emily shared that she’s had incredible reactions to her new photos and videos,

posting on social media has become significantly easier,
and she’s already planning to book these content intensives in at least twice a year!

And honestly, that’s the goal.

playing it “safe” isn’t doing what you think it is

Over 5 years ago, I dropped out of a master’s program to “start a business” in a completely unrelated field. In reality, I had no idea what I was doing. No real experience, and no proof that this would work.

On paper, it made absolutely no sense.

But deep down, I knew I couldn’t ignore the pull toward the life I actually wanted.

So I jumped.

I started my business scared, underqualified, nervous, and honestly unsure if I had just made the biggest mistake of my life.

There were moments I questioned everything. Moments I wondered where my next client would come from, if I was talented enough, experienced enough, “ready” enough.

But I kept playing big anyway. Kept creating work for myself, making connections, practicing my craft, and showing up like the BIG deal I knew I wanted to become.

I kept saying yes to opportunities that intimidated me.
Kept showing up before I felt confident.
Kept betting on myself before the evidence existed.

And somewhere along the way… the girl who was “figuring it out” became the woman people trust to bring their brands and visions to life.

Now I get to spend my days creating with inspiring entrepreneurs, telling powerful stories, building brands with intention, hitting goals I once prayed for, and waking up to a business that once only existed in my imagination.

None of this happened because I felt fully ready.
It happened because I was willing to move before I had certainty. I was willing to show up and learn along the way… even if I risked failing or feeling like an idiot.

This is your reminder that the life you want will likely require a version of you that feels uncomfortable becoming.

Take the jump. Send the email. Start the business. Post the video. Pitch the idea. Book that shoot. Wear that outfit.

You want to be treated like the “big guys”??? You gotta act like them then!

The key to becoming the person you want to be, is showing up as them BEFORE you’re there. And with consistency, the universe will reward you.

the goal post of success is always moving

so it’s important to take a step back to see how far you’ve really come and celebrate the wins.. both big and small

when you work hard every day at your goals, it can be easy to get lost in the hustle

but one day you’ll look back and realize that you’re living the life you once dreamed of.. the life you once made vision boards of and wrote in your journal hoping maybe it could one day be you

it can be easy to miss the fact that you have all the things you once wanted, because now you have even bigger goals on the horizon

So don’t forget to soak it all in and appreciate all the stops on the way to where you’re going🫶

keep pushing forward, don’t listen to anyone who says your dreams are unrealistic. Put your head down and keep moving.
