2020 is only days away, I’m setting some new intentions while also embracing the fun of the holidays and being in the moment!

Tip #4... Twas the week before Christmas 🎄 .
If you’re trying to stay committed to a training routine, but sometimes struggle to stick with it, maybe it’s time to find a buddy!
Someone to keep you accountable and someone you will show up for. Doesn’t have to be for every session but a few out of the week. I love training on my own but I also know that I need to plan a bike ride or gym session with someone so that I don’t bail out on my workout! .
