J’interromps votre doom scrolling régulier pour vous inviter ce samedi (25 avril) a venir faire un tour au Pop Up market
Qui se tiendra au de 13h à 21h! Plusieurs artistes seront présents et c’est une super belle opportunité d’encourager des artistes locaux, apprécier la scène musicale (il y aura un DJ sur place!) et découvrir un des plus gros pubs ludiques de Montréal!

J’aurai avec moi plusieurs nouveautés à vendre, des morceaux custom et des spéciaux pour ceux qui voudront prendre rendez-vous pour un tatouage (note; je ne tatouerai pas à l’événement, mais j’aurai un portfolio sur place pour des dates futures)

Étant donné que j’ai à cœur ma business et mon algorithme (le sarcasme est louuuuurd) je poste pas du tout à une heure où personne ne va voir mon message 🌝 mais je ferai donc une publication séparée demain détaillant ce que j’amènerai avec moi ce week-end :)

La semaine dernière- j’ai célébré 10 ans de tatouage. Ça vient avec des émotions compliquées. La job de rêve- mais qui inévitablement souffre des fluctuations économiques en ce moment. Je célèbre, mais je vois mes anciens collègues qui ont changé de chemin, vers de la stabilité et moins de stress.
Je me considère excessivement chanceuse d’être dans ce milieu qui a énormément changé. Des fois en mal- plus d’abus, plus d’informations mais moins accessible, plus de technologie mal utilisée. Mais le domaine a changé en bien aussi- plus de femmes, plus de personnes LGBT, moins de mentors qui abusent de leurs apprentis, moins de discrimination, plus de douceur aussi.

J’ai commencé dans le tattoo à cause d’une pure coïncidence, un costume d’Halloween trop voyant et un collègue de travail qui a vu du potentiel (merci ). J’ai délaissé ma notion du stable et efficace et j’ai foncé tête première dans l’inconnu. J’ai appris à dessiner pour du tatouage, appris à gérer des clients et des horaires…mais j’ai aussi appris à me tenir debout, à dire non, à accepter mon weird et à connaître mes limites.
Le tattoo a vu mes moments les plus difficiles mais m’a amené toutes les plus belles choses dans ma vie, et ça inclut les nombreux clients qui sont devenus des amis avec les années. Ceux qui m’ont écrit même sans avoir de rendez-vous, ceux dont je me rappelle des noms de leurs enfants, ceux qui, certaines années, j’ai vu plus souvent que mes propres parents. 😭

Je tatoue encore à temps plein, même si ces temps-ci se voient remplis avec d’autres side quests parfois. Je suis incroyablement reconnaissante d’avoir votre confiance, votre imagination et votre peau (ha!) à ma portée. Si vous êtes là depuis le début, merci. Si vous êtes là depuis 2026, merci. Et si vous êtes pas encore venus me voir (vous attendez quoi? Ahah) mais que vous suivez silencieusement- merci aussi :)

A sneaky repost from 2021 while I’m nursing a really bad bronchitis- I really enjoy the Mario Franchise, but admittedly my favourite ones are the earlier Paper Mario games. The soundtrack is especially dear to my heart.
Do we want elaborate Nintendo flash? Do we want sexy princess peach? What do -you- wanna see?

A million years ago- Melissa trusted me to build a whole Ghibli themed sleeve, allowing me to pair painterly backgrounds with vibrant characters. I love Studio Ghibli so much it was a wonderful homework to have to watch all the movies over again for ✨research✨. I struggle with posting WIPs but this brought me so much joy I just wanted to share.

This is 2.5” tall. I have a lot of opinions in general, and a lot of opinions on tattooing.
I think one of the easiest ways to know if an artist can do decent work is looking at their smaller pieces. If you have a crooked line in a full sleeve, likelihood is nobody will notice. But on a small piece, the focus is much narrower- harder to hide imperfections. It’s easier to overwork the skin, easier to mess up. Mind you- a larger piece won’t hide a poor design, a badly executed piece or a rushed job. A good artist will walk you through what size is best for the design wanted.

Eric trusted me with blasting his knee and I had such a blast! Eric is probably one of my oldest client and I’m so entirely happy that even after almost ten years (!!!) he still comes to see me for some work!

Katherine trusted me with half her arm and we did this super fun fall-colored clown gal. This colour palette was so fun and I’d love to do more ladies like this, any theme! I’m always so grateful when people trust me with projects, big or small. Means the world to me.

Proof you absolutely can get gem work in black and grey, that it doesn’t need to be a super intricate piece either, this is maybe 3.5” tall. This was based on my birthstone series I did back in 2020.
