Put your hands together for Ava 👏

Ava is one sweetheart of a gal. She radiates kindness and moves through the restaurant with a silent grace (but watch out for her on the hockey rink).
Ava started off in the NHC summer 2024 and with her work ethic she has now mastered the expo & serving positions (still working on carrying hot soup, but who isn’t?).
We are happy to have this Caddy Lake lovin’ lady back this summer after she finished up her first year of university. NHC might be the reason she likes fancy coffee, but we can’t take credit for her taste in country music (don’t you know we only listen to the ‘70’s hits here).

We love that she loves the lake, because we love her. Stay you, Ava. You’re a good one🤍

if you were around for september long ‘25 you may recall our special, the funk soul smash — a recreation of the winnipeg famous fat boy!! well, we’ve circled back and have made some tweaks to make another drippy chilli burger
