Shadow Auto is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing team!

If you’re friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and love working with people — this could be the perfect fit. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Tracking walk-ins and phone leads
• Data entry and maintaining client records
• Processing invoices (accounts payable)
• Supporting administrative tasks
• Helping keep our reception area clean and organized

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous front desk or admin experience is a bonus!
