NEW LISTING - 2876 3 Highway E, Port Colborne

Before people even walk through the front door, they're going to notice something that's getting harder and harder to find in Niagara...

Space. Real space.

Not a postage-stamp backyard where you can borrow your neighbour's barbecue without leaving your own property. I'm talking about approximately 1 acre, a beautiful raised bungalow, and a massive triple garage with room for vehicles, hobbies, toys, tools, or the workshop you've always wanted.

Inside, you'll find a bright, thoughtfully designed home with a finished lower level and the flexibility to fit families, professionals, retirees, or anyone simply ready to escape crowded subdivisions.

Then there's the location.

Just minutes from downtown Port Colborne, Sugarloaf Marina, Nickel Beach, the Welland Canal, local golf courses, restaurants, shopping, schools, and everything that makes Lake Erie living so appealing. You get the peace of country living without giving up the convenience of being close to the city.

If you've been waiting for a property that offers room to breathe instead of room to compromise, this one deserves your attention.
Take a closer look and book your private showing today.

Ontario Rental Market Problems Nobody Wants to Talk About 06/15/2026

A bad credit score doesn't automatically make someone a bad tenant, and owning a rental property doesn't automatically make someone a good landlord.

Somewhere along the way, Ontario's rental market stopped looking for good people and started looking for perfect people.

The problem is that perfect people don't exist.

Meanwhile, landlords are terrified of getting burned, tenants are terrified of becoming homeless, and governments keep trying to fix a broken foundation with a fresh coat of paint.

So I wrote about it from the perspective of someone who spends every day watching the consequences play out across Niagara Region.

It's about fear, it's about housing, it's about homelessness, and it's about responsibility.

One of the things I appreciate most about this business is that people have a lot of choices when they're looking for a Realtor in the Niagara Region.

So, when a client takes the time to say something like this, it means a lot to me.

"I had a really wonderful experience dealing with Rob. Not only was he very friendly and accommodating, he was super knowledgeable. He really felt like doing business with a friend."

Real estate is a people business. Sure, listings and images and advertising, and contracts, and negotiations are all very important. But at the end of the day, people want someone they trust sitting across the table from them.

Whether you're buying, selling, investing, or trying to figure out your next move, my goal has always been simple.

I provide honest advice, answer the questions others avoid, and make the process a little less stressful.

Thank you for the kind words.

OPEN HOUSE — SUNDAY 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
414 Bunting Road, St. Catharines

I have learned that most buyers aren't looking for a "dream home", they're looking for a home that makes sense.

A solid property, in a great neighbourhood, at a fair price.
That's exactly why I think 414 Bunting Road deserves a look.

Located in the north end of St. Catharines, you're minutes from Fairview Mall, Port Dalhousie, schools, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, public transit, and quick QEW access. Whether you're commuting across Niagara Region or simply want everything close by, this location delivers.

If you've been watching the St. Catharines real estate market, waiting for something practical, affordable, and well-positioned, stop by this Sunday and see it for yourself.

No pressure, no sales pitch. Just an opportunity to walk through a home and decide if it fits your future.
..and you get to meet me.
See you there.

FOR SALE - JUST REDUCED — 414 Bunting Road, St. Catharines

You know what buyers tell me they want?

A good house, in a good neighbourhood that is close to everything at a price that still makes sense.

Simple enough.

The problem is that when those homes actually hit the market, they don't usually sit around very long.

414 Bunting Road is one of those properties that people overlook online and then completely change their mind about once they see it in person.

Located in the north end of St. Catharines, you're minutes from Fairview Mall, Port Dalhousie, grocery stores, restaurants, schools, parks, public transit, and quick QEW access for commuters heading across Niagara Region or toward the GTA.

The location alone checks a lot of boxes.

But here's what I like most.

This isn't one of those houses trying to convince you it's something it isn't.

No smoke. No mirrors. No trendy buzzwords.

Just a solid home in one of the most convenient areas of St. Catharines with the kind of everyday practicality buyers are starting to appreciate again.

If you've been searching for a home in St. Catharines, Niagara Region, or the north end and you're tired of scrolling through listings that don't quite fit, come take a look at 414 Bunting Road.

You might be surprised.

There’s a big difference between unlocking doors… and actually helping people through a major life transition.

Really grateful for this message from a local family I recently helped secure a new rental in Welland. In a market where finding the right place can feel stressful, rushed, and honestly exhausting at times, I try to make the process feel a little more human.

Late-night calls, questions, concerns, paperwork, viewings, problem solving… it all matters.

Helping clients across Welland and the Niagara Region find the right home — whether buying, selling, or renting — is something I take seriously, and I genuinely appreciate the trust people place in me.

Thank you again for the incredibly kind words.

Niagara Real Estate Market Reality Check | Rob Dundas 06/07/2026

The Niagara real estate market got weird.

Somewhere between cheap money, lockdowns, panic-buying square footage and “luxury duplexes” in places nobody could find seven years ago… people lost the plot a little.
So I wrote about it.

“Realism, Delusion & Flying Pigs” is probably the most honest thing I’ve written yet about Niagara real estate, housing prices, affordability, buyers, sellers, and the strange market hangover we’re all pretending not to notice.

No bu****it.

Just observations from a Niagara Realtor watching people try to make sense of one of the strangest housing markets Ontario has ever seen.

OPEN HOUSE + JUST REDUCED in St. Catharines

414 Bunting Road
Sunday, June 7
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Now offered at $575,000.

This is where opportunity starts getting pretty hard to ignore.

414 Bunting Road is a 3-bedroom home in a seriously convenient St. Catharines location, close to the stuff people actually use every week — schools, shopping, restaurants, parks, transit, groceries, and quick QEW access.

Not “technically close if you have 45 minutes and a full tank of gas” close.

Actually close.

You’re near Fairview Mall, public transit along Bunting Road, north end amenities, established neighbourhoods, Port Dalhousie, waterfront areas, trails, and easy routes across Niagara Region.

Because finishes can be changed, paint colours can be changed, flooring can be changed.

But you cannot pick up a house and move it to a better St. Catharines location.

This home is a great fit for first-time buyers, downsizers, families, investors, or anyone watching the St. Catharines real estate market and waiting for the right combination of price, location, and potential.

And now that it has been reduced, it deserves a fresh look.

Come by the open house this Sunday from 2–4 and see 414 Bunting Road for yourself.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a good house, in a good location, at a better price.
