Spring Cleaning for Mental Health
Spring isnโt just about cleaning your home. It can also be an opportunity to refresh your mental health and create space for what matters most. ๐ฟโ๏ธ
According to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), simple practices such as setting gentle goals, spending time outdoors, moving your body, practicing mindfulness, and reconnecting with supportive people can help improve your overall well-being.
As the seasons change, consider what you would like to let go of and what you hope to invite into your life. Small, intentional steps can help you feel more grounded, energized, and emotionally refreshed.
How will you nurture your well-being this spring? ๐
See how effective therapy can help build strength and clarity:

You love your babyโฆ so why does this feel so hard?
The early days of parenthood can bring so many emotions at once. Worry, exhaustion, loneliness, and even losing a sense of who you are. These experiences are more common than people talk about, and they do not mean you are doing anything wrong.
You are not alone in feeling this way, and you do not have to navigate it on your own.
At Colibri NeuroWellness, we support new parents through postpartum challenges, anxiety, mood changes, and identity shifts so you can feel more like yourself again.

Understanding your window of tolerance can change the way you respond to stress.
When you are within your window, you feel grounded, present, and able to cope. But when stress pushes you outside of it, you might notice feeling overwhelmed, anxious, shut down, or disconnected.
Learning to recognize these shifts is the first step. From there, you can begin building strategies to regulate your nervous system and return to a place where you feel more in control.
If you have been feeling โoffโ lately, it might not be random. It could be your nervous system asking for support.
Connect with our therapists to learn your window of tolerance and feel more in control of how you respond to stress.
