What is really sad about the events today is that those who don't believe in the decency and moral values that he did, will do all they can to diminish the stature of this family man. The left will be gloating over his demise but will turn those who seek good in society, increasingly against their evil ways.

Charlie Kirk was not a politician even though he openly supported one, he was not a socialist even though he openly sought good for society and he was not a hateful man even though he pointed out the hate of others.

He was by all indications a devoted Christian, a loving husband, a loving father, a lover of his country and a purveyor of good will to those across the social and political spectra.

God bless him in glory and those left behind here on earth.

It is indeed a sad day.

I am so saddened to hear of the assassination of Charlie Kirk in Utah this afternoon. He was a man of God and supporter of righteous moral values. I am also saddened of the brutal murder of the young Ukrainian woman in Charlotte North Carolina.

This world is evil and is getting darker by the day. I don't care what you think of politics or presidents - God created us all for life in Him and not for these senseless murders.

There is evil all around us and unless we stand or Christ, we will fall for Satan.

Tested negative today - one week of COVID is enough!!!

Just got a positive COVID test on my at-home tester. Was feeling kinda achy and coldy for a few days now. Prayers would be appreciated.

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving! Temperatures are dropping and the leaves are falling and I am thankful for my Saviour, my wife and family and all the blessings I have received from the Lord!

There are a few days that I will always remember in my life. The first was November 22, 1963, the assassination of JFK. The second was April 4, 1968, the assassination of MLK jr. The third was June 5, 1968, the assassination of RFK. Those were turbulent times for sure.

More recently is October 7, 2023, the inhumane attack on 1,000's of civilians in Israel by Hamas.

Most of us have no concept of the significance of these events.

They all will fade into history and as George Santayana once said, "Those who cannot remember the past, are condemned (doomed) to repeat it." (G.S 1905) Churchill repeated it so well during WW2... "Those that fail to lean from history are doomed to repeat it." (W.C. ~1942-1945)

This has proven so true when we allow tyrants and bullies to rule and cause mayhem and destruction in our societies. Lord, help us to remember that You are sovereign in all the affairs of men.
