We don't want to keep your team stuck in a classroom for hours on end. So we have shorter sessions focused on no more than 2 - 3 concepts with time to practice on the job between sessions.

Start off with a stretch goal; what's something big that you would like to do in the future? Now that you have your stretch goal, create smaller SMART goals that will help you achieve your bigger stretch goal.
What do you think has the biggest impact on retaining employees? It isn't your organization's mission statement... Employees are in a silo'd environment where their communication, happiness, and willingness to stay are directly correlated to their manager and coworkers. Bad or toxic culture? Stop it right as you start to see the signs. Don't let it linger...
Anyone in your organization can feel like an imposter, especially new leaders. They often feel like "a fraud" or "a phony" and doubt their abilities. So how can you help? If they are doing an excellent job, going above and beyond and showing initiative, tell them. Simple as that.

One of the key components that we push for in our leadership program is the amount of time we spend with each one of our students/clients. If we see that one client may not fully understand a concept or just needs a little more practice, we will set a time and place where we work 1-on-1. It's not just teaching and hoping for the best for us. It's about making sure our clients, aka your leaders are grasping the concepts that they are learning and putting those concepts into action in your workplace.
