Shoulders, arms, abs - the classic d-bag workout...
BUT big arms and shoulders coming into a tight midsection also makes you look like you actually workout - especially in a tee 👕
☝️So here's some tips to help you look a little more like a d-bag instead of lifting like one:
1️⃣ Tris make up the majority of your arm size, so if you're training them less than your biceps SWITCH IT - also fully lock out the elbow for a complete contraction in your tris.
2️⃣ Bis help you bend your elbow AND rotate your forearms up, so as your curling, don't just bend your arm twist your palms up towards the sky!
3️⃣ For adding width to your shoulders, focus on leading your lateral raises with your elbows rather than just your hands, you should feel more tension in your side delts.

💪𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘀?
Your biceps have 2 primary functions:
1️⃣ Flexion of the elbow (bending the forearm up towards the upper arm)
2️⃣ Supination of the wrist (rotating your palms up towards the ceiling "like a bowl of soup")
So in order to get the best development in your biceps you need to include exercises that incorporate both of these main functions!
