We’re hiring an Intermediate Designer — but not in the way most firms mean it.

At Lush Designs, you won’t just be selecting finishes or putting together mood boards.
You’ll be designing in 3D, coordinating real builds, and working across residential, commercial, and development projects.

This role is for someone who:
– Understands construction, not just aesthetics
– Can think through a space before it’s built
– Moves fast and takes ownership
– Wants to grow into something bigger

If you’re looking for slow-paced or purely conceptual work, this isn’t it.

But if you’re ready to step into a higher level of design and ex*****on — we want to hear from you.

Hybrid role (remote + site/client visits required)
Must be based in: Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, Burlington, Oakville, or Mississauga
