Employment runs June 29-August 21 with an anticipated base number of 37.5 hours per week at an hourly rate of $17.60.

The University of Waterloo’s Engineering Outreach program is opening doors to science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) for young Canadians through an initiative called Empowering Access to STEM.

One key to this initiative is STEMpowered, a vibrant program that inspires Black youth to see themselves as future scientists, engineers or innovators.

Leader in Training applications are open until February 27th!

Includes training sessions and a volunteer placement in an ESQ camp (approx 40 hours).

Are you a grade 11 girl who is curious about engineering? Want to see what university is like?

The Women in Engineering x Catalyst conference is an exciting opportunity for grade 11 girls* to participate in hands-on workshops, explore the University of Waterloo, meet engineering students, compete in a design competition, and experience life in residence!

The 2026 Catalyst Conference will run on Saturday, April 25th-Sunday, April 26th, 2026.
