Creative Organizational Design is pleased to announce that we've just launched a brand new service for Job Seekers and Career Transitioners.
We are now offering a self-serve portal that enables those who are seeking employment and individuals who are considering new career directions the opportunity to access a curated list of specific assessments related to identifying one's existing competencies (and/or developmental needs) and help people determine what career paths may be worthy of exploring, or helping people to assess their readiness for entrepreneurship.
The results of these assessments are self-interpreting, unambiguous, accurate, and reliable. They may be attached to resumes to help highlight (and prove) one's capabilities, or shared with career counsellors to help 'light the path' and foster discussions surrounding career exploration or advancement.
If you're between jobs, actively seeking employment, would like to assess your current skills and abilities, or get some help in determining "where do I go from here" then these assessments are a great place to start and will provide you with deep insights and advice.
