after some February hiccups (💦), we have finally added some new limited menu items:

❣️FEBRUARY LOVE SALAD
spring mix, kale, quinoa, cabbage, orange, grapefruit, feta or avocado (or bit of both), pomegranate, roasted almonds, house made white balsamic vinaigrette

🫜 FUCHSIA FUSHION BUDDHA BOWL
brown rice, spinach, beets, cabbage, chickpea, sweet potato, pickled red onion, valentine radish, goat cheese, sesame seeds, housemade garlic tahini dressing

all dressings are housemade with olive oil (mainly), sesame oil or avocado oil (rarely)
local ingredients where possible
lots of variety, whole foods & real ingredients

this fall has been a special stretch of my life ❣️

I’ve been feeling so grateful for the people I have around me, the time I get to spend with them and the experience the three can offer them — and I wouldn’t be able to feel the way I do as often as I do, if not for the team at the three. I’m grateful to lead and be led by this group.
