The Official Waterloo Chapter of the Vietnamese Students' Association UW VSA operates on the premise of being inclusive.
To the University of Waterloo, we are your connection to Vietnamese culture, Vietnamese traditions, and the Vietnamese community. UW VSA strengthens the campus community through organizing social events, cultural events, and collaborations. The club shall not be discriminatory in terms of, but not limited to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, citizenship, sexual orientation, physical ability, mental ability, marital, social, or financial status.

Our Story
UW VSA is one of the many cultural clubs under the Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association at the University of Waterloo. It is a space where students can discover, connect and engage with Vietnamese culture, tradition, and community. We represent a place where students living away from home can experience and share their culture with those around them through strengthening the campus community with social events, cultural events, and collaborations.
For some who feel disconnected from their heritage, it’s a place where they can return to their roots. For others, it could simply be a community for those who want to know more about our unique and lively culture.
