With openness on both ends, this project thrived. We nailed the budget, utilizing our tailored packages, as well as the timeline, completing incredible final spaces and an exterior in time for a groundbreaking event.

The stamping of horse hooves and football cleats welcome you as you arrive at Latitude – the University of Kentucky’s familiar student housing with a bold new style.

Article Student Living is revamping the hottest and coolest spot to stay on campus, and we’re highlighting how each space at Latitude is designed to support the rhythm of student life from day one. Every corner of the building is bound to be a go-to spot for any student, whether you want to chat it up in the social lounge, lock yourself up in the study for finals or work out in your favourite of many fitness spaces.

Our goal with this space was to make students feel welcomed before they’re even home. Our flexible iterative workflow allowed us to collaborate closely with Article Student Living to refine and elevate design details to develop the perfect welcoming environment. The moody lighting we curated in our 3D renderings immerses viewers in the sanctuary of the spaces. Our final product was a carefully crafted environment that was both welcoming and visually optimized.

It was a lovely experience collaborating with Article Student Living to bring this space to life.
