This week's theme for our meditation workshops is called "Meditation 101". We'll be starting off the term slowly, by guiding you through the basics of breathing and meditation. All skill levels are welcome! See you there! :)

It's finally time, UWaterloo! Next week we will be restarting our popular free drop-in meditation workshops. Here is the schedule - note that Friday sessions will be in the Health Services building.
