June Market Recap 🏡

After one of the slowest months on record in May, June brought some signs of stability across the market, with home sales activity increasing 0.7% compared to June 2025 across the region.

Several markets, including Cambridge, Burlington, Hamilton, Mississauga, and Norfolk County, saw stronger sales activity compared to the broader market. While buyer activity showed some improvement, pricing remained under pressure, with the Home Price Index (HPI) declining year-over-year across all areas and decreasing month-over-month in most markets.

New listings also eased in many areas compared to both the previous month and last year, which is helping to influence overall inventory levels and months of supply. As we move through the summer market, buyers continue to benefit from more selection, while sellers need to be strategic with pricing and presentation to stand out. 🏡
